Dr. Yan Chen

Dr. Yan Chen graduated from the Faculty of General Medicine at the University of Debrecen. He developed an interest in ENT during his university years and completed several practical placements abroad.

Since 2017 he has worked at the ENT and Head & Neck Surgery Department of Uzsoki Street Hospital in Budapest, gaining extensive surgical experience. In March 2022 he passed his ENT board examination with distinction. His main areas of interest are the diagnosis of nasal and laryngeal conditions and their conservative and minimally invasive surgical management.

He holds dual specialist qualifications — ENT and head & neck surgery, alongside facial aesthetics. His detailed knowledge of the nerves, vessels and tissues of the face enables him to perform injection procedures with high precision and safety. Years of practice in Europe have given him an in-depth understanding of the aesthetic and medical needs of different ethnic groups — including both Asian and European patients — allowing him to design personalised, harmonious treatment plans. His holistic approach to facial aesthetics emphasises that beauty is more than the sum of individual parts: the shape of the nose, chin, cheekbones, facial contour and jaw position together determine the overall result.
